Sorry to be quite so graphic with the title, but I’m really really pleased with Jack tonight.

(Should warn you its going to carry on being a bit graphic too lol)

When My Mum came over earlier he kept asking to go to the toilet, anyway, I took him in, sat him on the loo and waited. I could tell he was really trying bless him but he’s obviously wasn’t quite as ready as he thought he was.

We’ve been trying to introduce the potty for a while now. Its been sat there ready and waiting so to speak for a few months but Jacks not really been that interested.

Ive come in from Pilate’s tonight, and Jacks come running up to me saying wee wee, I thought he needed his potty again, but then Karl’s told me that he’s actually used it properly while Ive been out, Not once,,,, but twice!!!!!!!!!

He did a wee before Karl took Luke to bed, they sorted that out and Karl took Luke up. When he got back down Jack presented him with his potty, complete with ermmmmm number 2! lol.

I’m so proud of him! I was dreading the whole thing to be honest, but have been kind of preparing him for the idea of big boy pants and not needing nappies.

we even went out last week and bought him big boy Thomas the tank pants! (Which he wears at every opportunity he can, although he’s been wearing them over a nappy)

That’s that really, Just wanted to talk about how proud I am of him. We’re going to use the sticker incentive from now on I think. we even rang up grandma and auntie Vicky to tell them because he was so pleased with himself. I love it when he’s proud of himself. He really smiles and gets all loving and cuddly
