Add two hyper boys, one shattered Mummy, flour oil salt and water…

And what do you get on a sunday morning?
Two boys playing quietly with playdough!!!!
We now have green glittery playdough and various “Models” made from playdough. I have some peace and quiet and it took about five minutes to make. Instant calm! lol

The recipe is as follows:
Twwo cups of plain flour
1/2 a cup of salt
1 cup of water
1 and a 1/2 Tablespoons of oil
Food colouring (optional)

Basically mix the salt and flour in a big bowl,
mix a drop of food colouring into the water.
add the oil and water to the bowl.
Mix it all together and hey presto, playdough!
If the mix is still too runny add more flour until your happy with the consistancy, apparently it will keep for up to two weeks in an airtight box.
Much cheaper than shop bought stuff!

We’re going on a bear hunt……….

The Boys go away with my parents sometimes to their caravan at the seaside and every night read a book. Well recently my Mum bought a “going on a bear hunt” pack including a game, dvd and storybook.
Needless to say its been a huge hit! Every time we go anywhere we have to “go on a bearhunt” and they were bought some new cardi/jackets that are fur lined, the new jackets are now known as thier bear hunt coats!
If anyones kids like the book then I would definatly get the dvd, its lovely and they love copying the walks that the characters do in the short cartoon.
righ, am off to go hunt bears in asda now! (Its amazing how many times we’ve JUST missed the bear lol)
For those interested, heres the pack I was talking about!

My Name is Nemma and I am an ______choholic!

Thank you to Mr Geek for the tag!

I now have to

List 5 current addictions and then tag 2 people.

Ive stuck this on both blogs as Im cheating and feeling lazy…

1) Wii Fit, Its brilliant! Im Waaaay too lazy and busy running round after childerbeasts to go the gym, I know its not going to give me the same kind of workout but its a giggle and far easier than having to worry about getting changed and dragging my ass out the house to go to an overpriced gym after the kids have gone to bed. I at least can pretend I’m having some form of excercise!

2) Bacon Fries, although they have to be Bacon Fries from my work. Its a weird throwback from my pregnancy cravings. I dont know what it is, but they just seem to taste better from work. The only problem is that the bags arent bloody big enough!

3) Virgin TV on Demand. Lets face it, tv’s shite these days, if its not crap like X factor its naff soaps replaying the same storylines over and over again. I’ve just started watching Six feet under, for some reason I never seem to catch these series when they are first played, so i tend to watch a whole series at once over a few nights. There’s loads of really good stuff on there.

4)”Aquiring” new music for my MP4 player. Ive had a new stereo for my new car that i can plug it straight into, much better than having to swap cd’s every two minutes. if I get bored, I just get rid.

5) Facebook games, theres an application called mindjolt on there that has some seriously addictive games. I usually end up playing a couple of games after Ive finished at work.

Boring addictions I know, but to be honest, I dont really have much time to do anything these days.

Anyway, here are my tags first of all http://a1ly.wordpress.com/ I have the feeling that clothes shopping might figure high on this list lol

Secondly is Wigglesworth http://w1ggy.co.uk/blog

Right, thats it, Ive tagged! Dont forget the basic rules you two, list your addictions and tag two people , not me though as Ive already tagged!!!!!!

What do you get if you cross….

Two excitable kids an old travel cot and 2 bags full of playballs?

Utter chaos! lol

Mollys been banished to the front room for a bit (Where she’s lay watching tele and enjoying the peace and quiet) and Im sure Im gonna be finding bloody plastic balls everywhere for months! lol
