Its all about imagination……

Jack has suddenly discovered a whole new little world that exists completely in his head.

In this world there is a little Jack (and Ditchy and Blane) sized house in one corner of my Middle Room. This house has an up and downstairs, needs lots of deshtation (decorating to us mere English speaking mortals), has a gate (an old safety gate) and houses enough different vehicles of one sort or another to make even the most flashy of cribs stars jealous!
At the last count there was a train, a motorbike, a car and even an aeroplane AND a helicopter!!!!!!

This house can also be packed up and moved to whatever location Jack is in at the current time, and the cars etc are summoned just by thinking about them.

Jack has various visitors throughout the day although regular visitor’s include aunty vicky, D and Unca Blane. Luke is allowed to play in there too although I don’t think he has quite the same enthusiasm yet.

Dinner is served whenever you want and normally consists of pasta followed by Jam on toast and a good glass of the finest Juice asda has to offer.

So in summary, I think we can safely say that Jacks imagination is now in overdrive and he keeps us all entertained listening to him natter away to his latest guests…….

I wish I was 2 again so I could live in whatever house I wanted!!!!!!!

Monkey’s day out!

Monkeys got shoes!!!!!

Yesterday Jack decided that he wanted to take his “monkey” out with him. Monkey is normally confined to Jacks bedroom and doesnt have the best personal hygeine despite several spins in the washer because he’s his cuddle toy at night.

Anyway, for some reason yesterday it was decided that monkey deserved to come downstairs into the real world for a bit.

We got ready to go out, shoes on, coats on etc etc and at the point Jack suddenly wanted Monkeys shoes on!

This resulted in Auntie Vicky having to root around to find shoes small enough to fit on monkey.

Once the shoes were on, we went and loaded ourselves into the car. Monkey had to have his seat-belt on (Of course!) and was given a very stern talking to by Jack about wearing seat-belts and general car safety.

One we got to boots monkey was treated to a trip round boots, firstly by being dragged by the arm, then once we had spotted the mini Shopping trolleys he was given the honour of a ride in one of those. After several crashes and being squashed by lots of shopping Monkey was finally put back into the car.

When we went to grandma’s last night he was also taken as guest of honour. Although the shoes did fall off at one point. Maybe his feet were tired??

He’s now resting on the sofa recovering. It must have worn him out though as he’s not moved since we got home last night!

What happens…

When Karl takes Jack out for an hour to play “Dismantle Uncle Graham’s Car”?

Its suddenly goes black and looks like its going to chuck it down big time!

Poor kid is all excted and has been telling me he’s going to Six it (fix it)

I hope it holds off for long enough
